# phpcube

> High-performance native PHP encoder and licensing system for Linux (PHP 8.4 & 8.3). Zero-disk RAM execution, Ed25519 cryptographic signatures, and automated renewal auto-refresh. Modern IonCube alternative.

phpcube protects proprietary PHP source code on Linux x86_64 servers by compiling PHP files into encrypted Zend opcode binaries and verifying domain-bound cryptographically signed licenses. Decryption occurs strictly in volatile RAM inside a native Zend Engine C extension, compilation occurs via `zend_compile_string()`, and the decrypted plaintext memory is immediately zeroed with `memset(0)` before execution. No `eval()` is ever used, and no decrypted files are ever written to disk.
